ALLAH Rabbul Aalameen's Statement in Qur'an-E-Kareem regarding Jumu'ah:

"O People who Believe! When the call for prayer is given on (Friday) the day of congregation, rush towards the remembrance of ALLAH and stop buying and selling this is better for you if you understand. And when the prayer ends, spread out in the land and seek ALLAH’s munificence, and profusely remember ALLAH, in the hope of attaining success."
(Sure Al Jumu'ah, Verse 9-10, Translation: Kanzul Imaan)

The example of the one who enters the mosque in the earliest hour is that of one offering a camel (in sacrifice). The one coming next is like one offering a cow and then a ram and then a chicken and then an egg respectively. When the Imam comes out [for Salat-UL-Jumu 'ah (Jumu'ah Prayer)] they (i.e. angels) fold their papers and listen to the Khutba (Religious talk)."
(Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 2, Version: English, The Book Of Al Jumu'ah (Friday), Hadith No: 929)

"The Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam was delivering a Khubah on Friday when a man came. The Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said: 'Have you prayed?'
He said no. So he said:
'Then stand and pray."

And if a person says to his companion: "Be quiet and listen," even then he is doing something wrong (Which will reduce his reward). Narrated Salman Radiallahu Anhu:
The Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said,
"Whenever the Imam is delivering the Khutba (Religious talk), it is essential for the audience to keep quiet and listen.
